For those of you that use hockey gear as part of your fighting gear, I would advise avoiding www.olympicden.com/ like the plague.

They are real quick on charging your credit card for an order, but really bad about everything else.

I ordered a set of elbows from them Nov. 6th. They charged my card Nov. 6th, and sent me a confirmation email of the order.

Then the waiting began.

I sent several emails to their support and customer service representatives... all remain to this day, unanswered.

I called around Dec. 16th and talked to an actual person.

I was told that my order was on hold because the elbows I ordered were out of stock. I asked, when will they be in stock, and got this answer:

"Oh, we won't be getting them in stock anymore."

So, my order was on hold, forever? Yes. Pretty much.

So, I asked for my money back, at which point, I was told that I would get my money back.

Still haven't gotten my money back.

These folks suck.

I'll be calling them again tomorrow.
