LTB : Flat split rings

I'm looking for a source for flat split rings.

The one source I found is in the UK - http://onestop-key-rings.co.uk/30mm-fla ... -p-66.html
But I would prefer a more local source so I don't have to deal shipping delays and import costs.
I've checked Worth Co as well, but no luck there. Any suggestions?
