Over the years I have had my ups and downs. Most people get their armor on time, while some end up taking "forever". I can and have apologized when that happens and do my best to make it right by that person. I am sorry that on occasion that is not enough. I never take an order I don't intend to complete, and never count on anyone giving up. I have severely cut back on accepting new orders, and am scaling back the armoring business now that I was approved for disability. It is now just a supplemental income. I still intend to sell at Pennsic, and likely will be selling at Gulf Wars starting next year. But internet orders are going to be cut way back, and for the most part I will be selling on an in stock basis.
