Doglock musket from Loyalist Arms that has been heavily reworked. The barrel has been browned along with the lock and the lock has been tuned for better operation. I have replaced the rammer thimbles with thin sheet brass thimbles and tapered the ramrod channel with correct style rammer. The buttstock has been recontoured to appear more like a English style fowler and modified to have no buttplate and stained with walnut stain, the stock bears a strong resemblance to ash which was used on muskets of this style.

This is not the rosewood used on muskets from other companies. Shoots great with .735 roundball or 1oz of shot. I will include some balls and shot if requested.

It does not resemble a Loyalist musket in the least. Perfect "Poor Boy" style for militia use from 1680's to the end of the American Revolution, or would work for the Golden Age of Piracy.

Here are some pics of the musket as it came from Loyalist. I will add some pics of mine later, or as requested. http://www.loyalistarms.freeservers.com ... kmusk.html
