I'm a 50" chest and it slid on over me and my body bracelet with extra room. Never seen combat. Unlined but all seams are rolled and finished.

Leather Doublet $100 +shipping
This is a Pendragon leather doublet. Black and blue seude with gold piping. No ripped seams, no lost grommets and is in really good shape. I used it back in the day to fight cut and thrust in the ECS so it has some dirt, but a bit of time with a suede brush and cleaner will get this thing spotless.

I would say it's an XL or XXL. When I was at 240 lbs, 50" chest and 40" waist, it closed nice and gave a sweet taper.
