And, I goofed. I can't make NOWM. We have a a demo here locally, the one that we do in exchange for half the cost of our practice site, and I'd committed to be there.

Sorry for the confusion, too many calendars.....

Here's what might sound an odd question: Any chance of shaved round sticks, around 36", going from ~1" to 0.75"? Thinking of alternatives for La Canne work. ;) I was going to just buy a couple of your sticks what'll fit into Siloflex (what, 1"?) at Pennsic, but if you can do tapering, that's preferable to a cylinder.

Well, that's not a request I've had before. I can't order it that way, currently. I'll talk to the woodworking guys and see what they think. How many would you be interested in?

Also, my AT&T email (read as Yahoo) was a little flakey last night so I still haven't caught up on emails. It seems okay this morning, but it may be this evening after work before I can get to everyone.

Not enough to make it really worth your while, unfortunately.

Looks like I'll just get some 1" and go from there. We'll talk at Pennsic.

Cheers,

I sometimes get some wonky pieces that have a taper to them. I won't be ordering any 1" until Pennsic, but I'll try to remember to keep an eye out for something like that.

My work laptop crapped out this morning. This is the computer I use for 95% of everything for home & rattan, too. The great tech guys at work got it restored, but I'm afraid this evening will be spent finishing setting it up for the home network, printer and security details. Thanks in advance for your patience if you've sent me an email since about 9pm Eastern last night.

Ro,
When I ran to Indianapolis last Tuesday, Eirik added a 47" piece of rattan to my collection in case you (or somebody) wanted something like this carved between now and Pennsic.

Baron Eirik, I'm looking to possibly do a bulk order.
Can you send me price points? (IE, how many sticks do I need to order to get a discount? Can I mix and match different types of sticks?)

thanks
