Padded Cuisses

Hello all,
I'm looking to upgrade to some better padded cuisses for my early 14th c. kit. Who does these? I'd like them to be:
1. Sufficiently fitted that they needn't have laces in the back, but will slip on and still looked good.
2. Have some simple, wavy dagging at the bottom hem.
3. Taper up toward the hip, not like the poor pattern of the GDFB variety.
Thanks in advance!
Yours,
Christian

Count Galvyn Lockhart's wonderful Lady did mine and I love them. She'll also add "pockets" upon request to add metal plates to, all the while still retaining the look of padded quisses.

He believed this so much, he had to say it twice. ^^
