Norman helm wanted

I'm looking for a good Norman helm w/nasal. This is for re-enactment, so no SCA bars, etc. I'll consider anything: spangen construction, one-piece, Windlass, whatever. Respond here or via my private email. Thanks!

If you want a home grown one, I'd check with White Mountain. Adam has some great stuff, I'm particularly fond of his dress norman. Gundo has seen it as well, so he can vouch.

I'd love to get one from my boy Chulain (or Alan, or whatever he's going by now Image), but according to his website he's not taking orders for a while. No one is. As I need it sorta quickly, I was looking more for a pre-owned model or an armorer who's backlong was small enough that he could make me one before March. Even if someone has an old Windlass piece lying around, let me know...

Not sure how quick you need it, but the Jelling Dragon has a "budget" Norman helm for what works out to around $100 - have to ship it from the UK, though.

Glen email Chulain, he might be able to fit one of those in, no bar grill work no fussy fitting of stuff. I dont want to overburden him, or speak for him, but everytime I have been by his shop he always has one of those normans sitting there on a shelf. Dont take no for an answer until the disgruntled armorer pokes you in the chest and says SHOVE OFF MATE.

www.baltimoreknife.com Thought I would help a little bit, since I don't have a helm lying around at the moment....
