Any way you could post a pic with the guantlet worn and holding a weapon, preferably rattan?

A picture of the inside, especially of the thumb interior, would also be helpful. Mostly, I need to see if the thumb is mechanically connected to the gauntlet.

This is a unstrapped gauntlet, user will have to strap themselves, or we charge additional amount to strap and will require hand dimensions.
The thumbs can be either connected by leather or riveted to wrist plate. Just request it to your preference...
This design has been tested in SCA combat for over fifteen years now. One size pretty much fits all unless you have Mon-go hands(you know who you are, super big hand guys). I am sure you will be satisfied with both the product and the price.

What they are saying is that people will be more willing to spend money on them if they see a pic that shows them in relation to how they work with a stick. You should strap a pair to have as a demo model anyway.

Thank you Sir ColdIron,
I will take a picture of our next pair that we strap, reminder strapping cost extra. They can be strapped in a variety of ways from simply leather strips to chain link lacing a leather glove to them. Due to the variety of anatomy(hands/wrist/finger length), we would require a hand tracing to best facilitate that request. Again I assure you that these gauntlets have been used for many years, they grip around rattan shaft and afford good protection of the hand. Pictures of these Gauntlets being used by our members are all over the web, but again as soon as time permits I will post up some more pictures to help satisfy curiosity.
Thank you

I must apologize for the thread jacking... but this can not be avoided... look at the guy on the very right of the photo, he is not wearing a gauntlet under his basket!
I see how he has provided protection to the wrist, but from the look of the photo, he is providing no protection on the upper part of the thumb (it might be that it is covered in the basket and just looks funky in the photo.)
Does anyone know how he achieves this to be legal? or did he just forget a very important piece of armour that day...
PS. Those gauntlets look awesome, well priced and pretty in AL.

I am in need of a pair of these, but I am on the other end of the spectrum with ridiculously small hands. Will you make gauntlets custom fit for an individual? If so, what would be your price?
As an aside: look at the guy in the orange on the left...his neck/jaw is very vulnerable from this vantage point.

Oddvarr,
Sure we can make you a smaller set, please let us know in your email order you need a small pair.
not sure about the basket hilt picture thingy, but the guy in orange his neck isn't open, that is orange material.
