i just got Brian Price's Book

Techiques of Medieval Armour Reproduction (the 14th Century) Wow! ...now that's what i call a book on armouring . I heard mention that the next book in the series is in the works about armour of the 15th century. i wonder when it's due to be published?

p.s. i wish someone had made a book like this about "16th century painting" it would have saved me 10 years of research

Right now, Brian is working on a pattern companion to the 14th century one.

It's going to be a paperback, iirc.

The 15th century one is indeed planned (but I don't think he started it yet -- I could be wrong though).
