Looking at Quillons

Post by Prince Of Darkmoor »

I found a gorgeous set the other day online, but I can't find the site anymore! The stick had a blue and black handle on it (don't know if that helps) and the site selling them sold them for like $85. It's a quillon and pommel set.

I'm also looking around, pricing different sets of quillons and pommels. I've got a 5ft length of rattan 1.5" diameter I'm looking to make into a greatsword. Anyone else have sites with quillons on them?

Thanks a lot! I was looking for those all night and was racking my brain! Anyone else have other sites where these are sold?

Man, I would slaughter a small village for that set...

Mandrake sells a set too, that would be a little more appropriate for earlier swords

I just got off the phone with Ben from Dragon Forge, he recieved my money and I should be getting my quillion sets later next week or early the week after. He does offer a 1 hander quillion set that is identical to the 2 hander exept it is 7 inches across i think.

I will post a review after I get them affixed to rattan and hit my friends a few times, maybe they will get armour one of these days

I just ordered Mandrake's set a few days ago, I'll let everyone know how I like them when they arrive.
