When does Merchant Row at Pennsic Open?

I know silly place to ask, but well the PennsicWar.org site link to that part is not working, so since I knew a few folks here will be setting up as merchants, thought I would ask here.

Want to come up the first day Merchant Row opens up, so I can get some stuff to get together before war week, but not sure when thats going to be.

I think it opens on Tuesday every year.

The Marketplace opens for business on Monday, August 1st 2011 7am. Merchants may begin selling at that time. You must be setup and in operation by Sunday, August 7th 2011 7am. The marketplace closes and all sales must cease by Friday, August 12th 2011 11pm.

Kinda important for me to know

People need to pay especial attention to the fact that there is no selling on the final Saturday. Last year was the first for that. Plan accordingly.
