Post by accdntprone »

My que at the moment contains 2 helms, a helm top, 14 shields of assorted types, a couple shield baskets, and a partrige and a pear tree. Im not taking any more orders till I catch up.

So, how much does a partridge in a pear tree cost? How much to ship?

Everyone knows that while pear trees are certainly period, the Partridge wasn't invented until the 1960's. Recent scholarship suggest they originated in wildly painted buses and that their song, while soothing to some, was too well preserved (as though from a can). Partridges evolved in conjunction with Bunchus Bradius, but while the former seems to have fallen into near-extinction, the latter has made a comeback, with a couple of very popular documentaries done with re-enactors who appear very authentic.

None of us have any time to do anything. Frankly, except for making most of a Great Helm for the local boffer group, I've done NOTHING since you came out here and gave me some pointers on armour making. Keep a stiff upper lip, and hug the wife often (doesn't speed up the process, but it's fun).

PS: You guys moving out here sometime?
