I am looking for a kettle helm for a larger head. For SCA heavy so needs a bar grill. Would especially interested in the style with the wrap around grill or the slat back. For a nicer helm could possibly have a trade in the form of a very nice crusader.

What kind of outlay are you looking at? Hjalmr makes a nice kettle hat on the munitions end of things and you can go right on up in pricing. Having an idea of how much you're looking to put into a helm gives us an idea of where to direct ya.

I am looking for something on the lower side as it will be a second helm for a persona I am working on and I already have a really sharp crusader.

Hjalmr would be ideal, as he always is. Wanted to see what kind of used stuff might be out there too though.

I've bought 3 off of the archive in six years. 2 in the past week. This one from Gryffanclaw is actually on the small side of a medium. I have a 23" head, and it's just big enough for me. If you want, I can sell it off to you, but you might be better commissioning one as it was nearly $300 with shipping, and it's not the full wrap grill or the slat back type (solid back plate).
