Due to many factors I will no longer be going to Estrella. But I will start going to Gulf Wars instead. I will be sharing space with the Pillaged Village, just as I do at Pennsic. I know this is a lot of advance notice, but I wanted to make sure folks will have plenty of time to save up if they want to get stuff from me there.

I love your stuff all of my leather is from you and I personally will miss your shop greatly at Estrella. Your shop is what I save up for every year. What is making this decision for you, if you don't mind me asking.

Joygasm!!!! I live 5 minutes from the GW site. Would you take gumbo and chicken-n-dumplings in trade?! Just kidding. But yay anyways!!

Flying Skwrl and I were treated with a complete lack of honor, honesty, courtesy, and respect by the event staff for 2 years in a row. I will not speak for Flying Skwqrl in this regard, but I do not allow anyone a 3rd opportunity to do that to me.

it's tragic that estrella is going to lose you, but what i think is more disheartening is the circumstances that guided your decision. know that you will be sorely missed.

I thought the rumor was that Estrella was 'going away' after this year?
Is that no more than a rumor?

Gulf Wars would mean a shorter commute IMO and your loyal customers out west will stay loyal while you increase your customer base in the East. While it would be a loss for Estrella, no doubt about that it would be a gain for you and Gulf Wars.

I think you would do well at Gulf Wars. Someday I might have the time to attend.

Thanks guys, I had already been considering the switch due to the drop in sales the last 2 years at Estrella, but wanted to give both the sales and the staff one more chance this last year. The sales were still bad, but it was the treatment that tipped the scales. Besides the Pillaged Village staff have been telling me that folks have been asking where I was the last couple of years, since folks had gotten used to me sharing space with them. So now was the time to make the jump.
