summer

Post by accdntprone »

Im online a lot less right now because Im at home a lot less. Im working full time over the summer instead of going to school. That Im not around much right now does NOT mean that Im not going to get the rest of them late orders out though. Current status,

Baculas, one scutem done, one welded rod shield basket (thanks for the pattern otto) done

Steve, some blanks formed but uncut, I know you want kite shields but how tall and wide?

Daveid Blackmane, Are you the one getting this heater shield that I made and dont remember why? Or are you suppose to be getting a kite shield?

From my 1/16/01 email:

<i>John:

I've attached a picture that shows what I'm looking for. I want a shield that is not quite as tall as the black and white shield, but a little taller than the white-with-red-cross shields. I'm figuring about 40" tall and about 20" wide, but let your eye dictate the exact proportion to make a decent kite shield. I'd like it slightly curved. Let's go with the 1/4" thick - I'm going to use it for SCA combat as well. I'd like to buy 2 blanks.

Do you have an address where I can send a check? Thanks.
