Try the GAA site. He sells kits with all the plates cut, bent, and punched. He also will include the leather and the rivets if you want to pay a little more. There are instructions on how to make it on his site. I dont have the link but I m sure someone will post it soon.

As a note: you can find this in the Archive's Pattern Archive, at http://www.armourarchive.org/patterns

It's the link toward the bottom -- Wisby Coat of Plates by Master Geoffrey (even if we can't spell his name right -- or consistently! sorry Massa G).

I've got a few leather and stainless wisbys sitting around, I don't want to sell them, but I'm dead broke right now, so if you tell me your basic size maybe somthing I have will work for you.

Hey Dwarlock I might be interested in one of the wisbys. I'm 5'10.5" talk, 190 lbs, 43" chest and 36" waist. Send me some pictures if possible, if you think any of the wisbys will work for me.
Thanks,

I think I can fit you both, I've got a type 3 and a type 1 that are usable, and a type 1 that realy isn't (12 gauge stainless)

I'll e-mail you both.
