Talon Armoury (Glendaur) I think sells them.
By My Hand sells some
I've seen them at Bokalos Armoury

For a round, you might just buy the sheet and cut one your self.

Glendour hasn't got back to me yet
I read elsewhere BMH is out until March 2012
I will check out Bokalos

Yes, Master Jamie (BMHD) won't be ordering more until just before Gulf Wars. He can't afford to tie up that much capital for that long.
