Anyone dealt with GKS widgets recently?

I'm looking at their loose rings and tools-

Theres about 4 mentions of them in a search, but the most recent post is around a year and a half old and doesn't give much info.

Mostly, I'm looking to find out how reliable their customer service is.
Whether they keep the rings and tools in stock in a timely manner would be helpful too.
