Tired of being 'that guy' who keeps showing up to war with that same crappy mudane nylon tent? Get a new tent for Potrero war! Panther Primitives Papilio Roman Wall Tent. Perfect for SCA, historical reenactments, a Renaissance Faire, Medieval gathering or just camping out under the stars. Set up packages includes:
2 uprights, 1 ridge pole, side wall guy ropes and some hand forged tent stakes.
9' wide x 9' long
6' peak height
24" wall height
White canvas color. Walls have generous overhang to protect from rain. This tent has kept me dry and never leaked. Asking $275 obo. Seller located in San Diego

Edit dammit got scooped! 2nd dibs then if the first falls through. Shipping poles etc can be pricey and I'm willing to drive out to pick it up.

The Drop walls are fairly short, a lot like the platform tents used by "the boyscouts" but with shorter walls.
They setup fairly quick.

Hey guys -
So yes, it's technically a wall tent, you use the guy lines on the sides to lift the bottom 18" or so vertical and it gives you lots more room inside. I used it for roman reenactment and sca, it's the ubiquitous military tent used during many eras. Matthew is out, so Patternweld if you're interested PM me...
Thanks for the interest!

-Matthew- Thank you.
I contacted Pelagon via PM and have put a deposit down on the tent while I sort my schedule for enough time to drive down to SD to set it up once and inspect it.

Guys unless the canvas is mildewed and ripped this is pretty much on lock. I just have about 640 miles of road time to do, starting this friday.
I like driving but adding a San Diego 6 hour turn around on the tail end of that is just a lil much.

I was going to ask about the dog as well provided it does not have a gas leak problem as that can really mess up a tenting.

Wow, that's awesome. Pretty much as good a deal on a decent tent as one can get.
