EFTIS: 16thC Armor Hammer UK! N/Reserve!
You are bidding on a rare and attractive iron Armor Hammer used for shaping medieval iron Armor.
Found near the river Thames in London.
Overall Length: 11 1/4 inches.
Forming? I don't think so, fighting?
16th C War Hammer?
It looks huge in the pics, about 4 feet long, if you assume the handle is big enough to grip with your hands. However if you read the description, it's only 11 inches long. Probably would have fit into a wood handle. The axe head makes me think it's some sort of woodworking tool.

LOL! Yeah, not much of a weapon at 11 1/2"! Although, I'm sure it wouyld sytil hurt.
It looks to be the wrong shape/angles to have used the chisel edge as a creasing tool. I would guess more of a general use carpenter's hammer. Maybe a hooper's hammer?
