I'm after cased greaves with closed heel and bearpaw sabatons.
don't have a particular design in mind I'm just after greaves and sabatons from 1510-1520.

You'd better find someone who REALLY knows what they're doing... preferably someone who has had his hands on a real example, and understands it. That last part - understanding what he looked at - is CRITICAL! You don't want something half-arsed.

I made ones like this and ones that are solid or not articulated in the ankle. What kind of price range are you looking at I'll let you know if I think anyone would do it for that price. But if you are talking bearpaws and all? I wouldn't touch the project for less that 1800
but that's because I hate greaves.
