Discovered that I had this 14g MS Norman helmet laying around and since it appears I have no orders for this type -its up for sale. It has a 27" IC measurement and is 9 1/4" front to back and 8 1/4" side to side.

It should fit.
Most people like 3 - 4" for padding. This helmet would give you 3 1/2".
