He certainly makes low cost helms from what I have seen.
They appear to be welded on the inside with a minimum of finish.

Their is no way I could compete with his powers.
Folks around here seem happy with his work.

From what I have seen of his helms - they have good lines, are solidly constructed and all business.
Polishing and finish work are on the customer, but that is a good way to keep costs down and enabling Hjalmir to continue making affordable helms.
