It looks like I need another loaner helm

Guys,
I am a bit ambivalent about this one, because I have been thinking about the amount of time that I spend on the SCA, but my practice is outgrowing my loaner gear, and I don't trust myself to make a helmet that I would ask somebody to trust their life or their brain to.
I need a loaner helmet. It doesn't have to be pretty. It doesn't have to be cool. It does have to be safe and legal. Honestly, it will probably be primered and painted gloss black. I would like to pay via USPS money order, and I would need it mailed to my post office box. Because it is to dress a newbie/prospect, it might end up unused after a few weeks. If it does, I promise that it will be donated to a group as a loaner helm, rather than rusting in the attic, or going to the scrap yard. I can have repairs/mods done, if necessary. I know several blacksmiths/machinists/metal workers. To be useful to me, it should be a large size helm. I would prefer if it was a newbie friendly helm with a bar grill.
If you happen to have an extra helm that is rusting in the garage/shop/attic, I would be interested in buying it.
Shipping by priority mail to me tends to be less than twenty bucks, and it normally takes seven to nine days.
