That looks like an older Windlass Steelcrafts design.
Overkill is underrated.

You could try Silvermane...they tend to carry a lot of Windlass models, including some that are discontinued. It was billed as 'The Battle of Dover' sword by MRL; a repurposed Reynald sword. Once the KoH license ran out they just slapped on some new pommels and renamed them.
