a) What is the height of the neck protection?
b) What neck size around will this fit?
c) obviously it is still available.

The gorget for sale here is a blued plate gorget by knitbee.(appears blued, might be dark stee,l but pretty sure it is blued)

It is brand new condition and never used.

I still need to know how high the throat coverage is. The lad I am trying to kit out has a 4 inch neck from collar bone to jawline.
I have at least 8 different gorgets in the loaner kit and they are all to short for him.

i can go home and measure total height, but due to the design, this gorget should work very well for him. It is very high, and it can 'push down' then spring back up.

This gorget would not be loaner grade though-just so you know-it is a very high grade piece.

I need the measurement when you get the time. At this point I am trying to ind a gorget that he can buy and use for the rest of his fighting career. I want to know if it will fit before I send him the details.

Tall! Nearly 4 " tall on the sides-their shortest area!

Over 4" in front and back --and that is just where it appears to rests--plates in front and back go much further down than that for total windpipe, collar bone, top of chest an: back of neck, top of spine, and down spine protection in back

Alright, the kid finally got back to me. He is working summer camp in the bush somewhere. He says the gorget looks and sounds perfect but he can't afford $225. He really appreciates the information and wishes he had the money.
