Original parchment leaf, Latin hymnal -pricing help?

My google-fu is weak today. I haven't been able to find any on line anywhere, though I know I have seen the same before. The leaf is in good condition; there is evidence of a correction (seems to be contemporary to the rest). Rather than make it into a lampshade
I had thought to research it, perhaps donate it to a museum or auction it, depending on actual value.
Anybody got a clue on where to start looking? eBay is showing me similar things unsold and un-similar things sold.
