Hehe, I like those pictures...

Shall we have all take turns adding captions to each frame while we admire the armor? =)

1) "Cold and slippery, cold and slippery!"
2) "Note to self: slap person who suggested that I go into the lake."
3) "Let us never speak of this incident."

Nice etching, though. I notice that there is a bit of "streaking" in the low spots of the etched pieces. Is this simply how stainless reacts to etching or is it an intentional design element?

better be fresh water cause salt water will rust/ruin ANYTHING

It's how stainless reacts to etching in some regimes and we intentionally use it for this sort of appearance...Also it depends on steel mark and we also use this one intentionally..

Not now. We are going to do that after moving to new workshop. Hope in a month or so but most likely in 2-3 months.
I'll post etched helmets here as soon as we have firsts..

You are right! This is fresh water and it was a challenge to photographer to mak it look like sea water...
