I'm just sorry he has decided to make this a real world legal issue. The penalties for consumer fraud in AZ are steep, up to 25K fine per offense plus the potential for jail time. If you look at all the people who bothered to file complaints with the BBB that he has ignored, this could steamroller into something really ugly for him. If he had just been willing to communicate or work things out, he would not be in this problem. I also reccomend anyone who has been ripped off by Kelly Baker to contact the AZ Attourney General, they would like to hear from you...
Too bad... he was once a VERY honorable business man and craftsman...i of course don't know if all this is true, but the evidence seems overwhelming and damning...sorry for your losses. Sorry people make mistakes, .....they forget....life crashes in on them....

That's really sad, My first helm was one of thiers, back when they only made one style..they have sold stock to Resstore for years(where mine was bought from). I used to suggest them for newbie helms, because even though they are ugly, they were bullet proof. A few newer fighters in the area ordered from the a few years ago, and it too 6 months for an off the rack helmet.... and then the welds sucked.
