Anyone have a lead on where i can get a lightweight Arming Coat or a quality Fighting Shirt?

Historic Enterprises sells a nice 15th century arming doublet if you are looking for something for that period.

Icefalcon (since I'm not in the SCA I don't know if I'd be commiting a faux pas by addressing you as "Your Grace"; besides, there's also that inter-service rivalry thing . . .), what size would you recommend for a 6'4" person with a 49" chest? XL or XXL?

I can vouch for Icefalcon's arming cottes, having had two of them- a lot of bang for the buck. I'm 6', 185lbs, and the Large fit me quite well with no alterations needed. Sleeves are a little long, but since I wear a hauberk over it, with plate arm defenses it actually suits me just fine.
