Anyone have any opinion that this is not a good one to buy?

I didn't consider it suspicious - they gave plenty of information, just in different form than we might be used to.

For the record, <a href=http://www.irvansmith.com/catalog2/parts/beverley_shear.shtml>this site</a> shows that a 4.25" blade belongs on the B1 series.

It looks like a B2-- the handle mount (visible under the handle on the gear itself) appears to be too wide to be a B1, as does the thickness of the handle itself. The blade retainer on the front also looks to be from a B2.

While I'm not positive, it SEEMS to be a B2.
