Need help Getting ahlod of Armstreet please

I'm having some real issues getting ahold of the people at Armstreet and was hoping I could find help here. I bought a pair of gauntlets from him and the first time I ussed them they broke. He said to send them back and we'ld go from there....the last e-mail I got from him on October 4th saying they recieved the old ones and would start on the new ones in 7-10 days now I can't get a responce from either e-mail I have from him of from messaging him on AA......this really sucks since I don't have money for a different pair of gauntlets.
