OT - Custom non-period knife idea

Does anyone on here have the ability to make one or two of these wrench-knives? If so, about how much would it cost to have one or two made, and how long might it take?

I can do those. Price depends on how fast you want them.
If I went to Sears and bought a 1" chrome-vanadium combo wrench to sacrifice, they run about $25.00 so I could do the larger one for $85 plus shipping. $75 for a smaller one.
If you have vintage wrenches you want used, check to see what steel they are. Much like RR spike knives, not all steel is up to performance par for hardness potential, edge retention or flexibility.
