Another camp/armour box up on eBay

Post by Iain (Bunny) Ruadh »

Just put another camp/armour box up on eBay. After the last batch, I had people asking for a heads up for the next time ... so here it is! ;^)

I should be putting some other camp gear up throughout the month. Hutch and Norse style chests, trestle benches and some "X" stools.

Just put two more of the "standard" sized boxes up. (These are the sizes I use for my armour repair box and feast gear boxes.)

http://cgi6.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewSellersOtherItems&userid=treeweasel%21&include=0&since=-1&sort=3&rows=25

(Yes those are size 12 leather 14th C. shoes in the second box. Gotta give a size perspective ... last time I used a 10# Chihuahua!)

Only real difference between the two are the side handles. One is rounded the other flattened for better hand grip.

----------------

Joseph ... yours is padded and boxed and will be shipping today.

Steve ... got the hardware from the local smith for last two (hutch style), but they are not up to my standards (to put it nicely) the hutches themselves will be done this weekend. Contacing my "backup" smith with the parts fitted on to chests beginning of next week.

REMEMBER --- Just say "No" to Rubbermaid! There are period alternatives!

Shhhh .... I'm only lettin' the archive know!

Ohh hey ... did I mention I fear her much more than I do any of you or poverty! I just killed the shipping costs while I still had the 12+ hours left! Shhhhh! Once again, I'm only pointing this out on the archive. The local guys on Legio Draconis will kill me for this ... errrr maybe I shouldn't have mentioned them. You guys are all later period right? No earlier period Roman-Celt types ... eh? I'm safe then ...

Yep ... one's yours for sure (considering you used the "Buy it Now") the other you've gotta thumb wrassle with Ringlancer for. That one I'll at least do up the tung oil finish (three coats) on. If you snatch the other one away ... it too will be done up nicely! I just know that if either one of them are still in the garage Tuesday morning, I'm in deep kimchee!
