LTS/Swap US Army Body Armor

Guys,
I am looking to sell or swap a suit (torso protection) of US Army Body armor.
This is "Body Armor, Fragmentation Protective Vest, Ground Troops" (PASGT). It's NOT IBA or Dragon Skin. It's the older (mid 2000's) body armor that was made obsolete by the IBA. It's camouflage pattern "US woodland" (the old BDU pattern).
Here's an article on it.
http://olive-drab.com/od_soldiers_gear_ ... _pasgt.php
It includes the pamphlet "USE AND CARE OF BODY ARMOR, FRAGMENTATION PROTECTIVE VEST, GROUND TROOPS" (Pamphlet #702-2). The pamphlet has been wet, and is slightly water damaged (I assume sweaty). It also includes a sales receipt I got from the shop (If I can find it. I asked my wife to file it.). I bought it at the thrift shop on post. It's been worn, but it seems to be in great condition. There is a little fraying on the edges, and there are some salt sweat stains. It looks like there are some very small paint spots on the back too, but I had to hunt for flaws to find them.
It is sized X-Large. According to the label, it fits size "CHEST: FROM 45 IN. AND UPWARD". It fits me comfortably, but I am not a really big guy. If you have a "ducal figure", it might not fit you.
I would like to swap it for a used Ruger 10/22 or a Marlin 795 in usable condition. Any other autoloading rifle that is suitable for an Appleseed shoot would also do.
I need the rifle for a safety course/shoot in which my brother and I are participating with my nephew early this summer. Living in Germany, I obviously don't actually have a gun collection, and I don't want to be a borrower. We would have to figure out how to get the rifle to my brother's place in Youngstown.
I'll also consider other swaps. Otherwise, $250.00. This one is definitely "plus shipping."
I am also going to ask a couple of other sources about this one.
