Russian helm recommendations?

Hello!
I'm trying to get suited up for heavy combat in the SCA. I've played for several years, and have a (constantly developing) Russian persona, but I'm totally new to fighting. I'm wondering if any of you could point me in the direction of a solid/dependable armorer who can make a helm like this:

As luck would have it, I found an image of this type of helm (scroll down a bit) in another forum after doing a basic google search, but I didn't see its creator named anywhere. I *really* like the looks of it, horsetail and all:

I contacted someone a couple of months ago about making this style, but they haven't returned the last few emails I sent, so I'm moving on. Hopefully, you kind folks can give me a nudge in the right direction.
