Extremely positive review of Knotwolf Armoury

Yesterday I received this helm from Knotwolf armoury:

It is even more beautifully crafted than it appears in the picture. I have never been so pleased with any purchase I have made for heavy combat. Additionally, it's the right weight, the right fit, and already modified to take a chinstrap.
Sir Richard responded quickly to all of my emails and was thorough in his replies. I had the helmet within a week of paying for it. It's more than worth the price I paid, which was still only 2/3 of the going rate for higher end helms from the middle-man armorers.

I especially like the roughened look to the iron(?) in comparison to the finish on the fittings and other furniture. A lot of helms, and armor in general, often lack texture. It was a nice contrast in surfaces, and in colors, too. The pitted look gives this helm an authentic look that stainless or even mild steel doesn't have. It looks like iron, even if it ain't.

Your work is great, I'm still mad at you for not selling me that helm at GW,5times i tryed to buy it from you ,but you sold it to some kid instead of me, therefore I think you should make me one just like it at a great price.. that would make everything alright, what do you think?? let's talk...
