Looking for feedback on Oufit4Events

I have bought many things from them.
I have to qualify that I've never fought in anything I bought from them, but with that in mind...
The service and communication was good. 4 stars. They are in East Europe so factor time zones in.
The items I ordered were delivered within the timeframes they specified.
I've placed 6 or 7 orders with them, for plate armor, helmets, shields, etc. Everything was made to the correct specifications, and after several wearings nothing has fallen apart.
The only complaints I have had are that the centerline on one bascinet was off, it was nigh imperceptible until I had worn it several times. Also a shield I ordered from them recently arrived with mould on it. It was very well packed in plastic wrap, but it must have had some moisture inside. The mould was only on the surface and easily wiped off with a old rag and some bleach. No actual damage to the shield that I can tell. I wrote to tell them but didn't get a response. No biggie to me.
I like the way they ship things, I always get a call from Fedex and the items get throuhg customs pretty quick.
Of course YMMV, but if I personally needed more sport-grade gear I'd still shop there again.
