German style arm harness

A friend of mine need to sell these gorgeous steel arms:

They are made in mild steel, 1,5mm (0,057 inches) except for the couter that is 2,0 mm (0.078).
The pieces are pretty new, just minimal use, never abused.
Detailed measurement will be provided if someone is interested (I have to ask, so if you need particular measurements, ask them).
My friend offer them for 380€ (520 USD) plus shipping (for overseas shipping he estimate that 20 - 30 € should cover the expenses).
