Another Questionable Ebay Listing

I remember a few months back we had a seller on ebay from Croatia listing other peoples work on ebay, is this the same guy?

Does anybody recognize the armor in question? At the very least, I doubt there is anything there, since (even with $80 shipping) a .99 cent 12 gauge spring steel helm is slightly incredulous.

I know those helmet pictures look really familiar... I bid on it just to keep an eye on it. $170 would be an awesome price for that even in 12g mild..

Half tempted to do the buy it now and see what actually comes, I can always file with ebay and paypal if it's a scam

those pics look very familiar. I KNOW I've seen them recently and not for 100 dollars or from Croatia either. Jolly Knight maybe? Age of Craft?

Yep - he is definitely filching pictures from other listings.

Here is Andrew Galevskiy Coberg Bascinet (Trevor bought it, so I will get to see it in person)

And here another of this guys ebay listings:

Exact same picture.

Here are all his listings, and they ALL look like pictures I've seen here on the AA from Ukrainian armorers....

Makes me curious if this is a complete scam or if he is just doing a knockoff of Andrews stuff?

Half tempted to buy it now just to see what (if anything) actually arrives- I should be pretty covered since it's through Paypal and ebay...

Your only covered for a few weeks from date of purchase.
Transet and customs can eat most or all of that time.

Google and tineye.com can do a reverse image search making it a bit easier to catch copyright issues.

I have also seen those photos before. Don't remember where but not that long ago.

Yep, that was it. Knew I had seen them recently and I knew I was associating them with a Ukraine armourer.

Red flags always go up with zero feedback and a plethora of value items..

Brucer- I did not hear back from Andrey but I didn't really phrase the message in such a way that expected a reply. He's seen it so He should be aware of the situation, thats what matters.
