Trying to locate quality neck armor

I saw a piece on the Internet which I can't find again.

It was a high quality variation of a standard SCA generic "throat collar" with a maille drape attached. I remember that the craftsman (or craftswoman) did not do the chain themselves, but nothing else about the piece. Does that sound familiar to anyone?

It wasn't a thread on the archive but it was recent. I believe Cat is out of business.

As much as I surf the net, I'm not looking for the exact post. I'm expecting more along the lines of "X does the kind of work you describe and is high quality" then I recognize the work when I follow up.
