Teutonic Knight Pennon by Isabella E, Happy Review!

Post by Otto von Teich »

I got my Teutonic Knight Pennon by Isabella E yesterday. The quality was amazing. Great attention to detail and VERY reasonably priced. The only slight defect, One very small smudge where the ink bleed a wee bit from the cross onto the white field. Negligible imo, but I should probably mention it anyway. Unexpected surprise, the entire flag had a very narrow black border, it really makes it pop! The ties were very well done. It looks great on my pike! Which needed something to conceal the join between the slightly undersized replacement haft and the authentic 15th cent spear head. I think I'll have to order a banner in the very near future! I likes this ladies work! Now I just need to finalize the design. Thanks Again Isabella!

You're welcome. All my banners are hemmed with resist along the edge except at the hoist. There was a small part where there was a little bit of a bleed but I don't think I have ever done a banner without some small flaw. I never ship anything that doesn't pass my own standard, but it's hard to make them perfect because once the dye goes on there isn't a lot you can do to remove it.

Like I said, negligible. The thing I love is it does have that "handmade high quality" look you just dont get with mass produced stuff. Thanks again, Its been a pleasure to deal with you!
