ISO brass armor washers

Does anyone have a stash of these thin brass rosettes that Revival.us used to carry, but apparently does no longer? I'm interested in purchasing enough of them for a coat-of-plates project. I currently only have 40--enough for the plastron--out of a total of about 170 needed for the entire armor. If they've gone entirely extinct, either I'll use them just on the front and do plain nails for the rest, or look for an alternative to use overall.

Ah, the new armory on the block. Those have a similar pattern, but they appear to be machined individually and quite thick- I'd think a hundred of those would add significant weight. The Revival ones are stamped out of very thin stock. Thanks for the find, though!

I can make you these although they're different than the ones you wanted for $1/each. They're not thick and heavy. They take a 1/8" rivet.

I believe Clang makes them as well. I believe he has many styles and sizes.

Matt, those are nice. I take it the dome shape is hollow?

I looked into this for my coat of plates. I went in another direction, but after adding up the cost for the amount needed, I thought long and hard about making my own. http://www.larp.com/legioxx/lorica.html This page should contain enough info to get into trouble.

That is a very informative site. I'm currently putting my first SCA Roman helmet together. It won't be reenactment grade but the rosettes are giving me fits. I may end up buying them so this is very informative. Sorry for the thread jack.
