Welded mail review!

I ordered a custom aventail with dagging in bronze ( it looks as brass as brass:-D
with an extra three rows of bronze separated by three rows of SS flat rings.

Master Knutt was fast in replying, fast in fabrication and super fast in shiping..

He is truely a " no joke" armorer.

AWESOME JOB !!!!!

I highly recommend business with him.

I even tested the flattened SS aventail with a 24 oz framing hammer.

I swing this hammer all day and know first hand that a finger can become mulch with a bad shot.

I used the head first and couldnt find where I hit it...

So of course I used the CLAWS!!!! MUAHAHAHAHA

all this was on a 3" thick maple table.
I hit it an hour ago with the claws..
im still looking and cant find any noticeable damage.........

Knutts welded mail Beats stainless riveted any day.
( the SS riveted I have failed the hammer face test and broke four rings with one shot)

I agree, Knuuts maile rocks, its what i use on my helmets because i know i can stand behind the maile just as i stand behing the helmet its self.
Great stuff. i look forward to the day i can get a shirt of the same material
