Cleaning out the closet, and need some funds. Have been long out of the bronze age, so lets get some funds for new toys!

90% copper, 10% tin. Lost wax casting. 18ish inches long, and 3 inches wide at the widest point. Nasty biter and stabber. Made this in highschool.

$150, shipping already included. Act now, and i'll throw in a chunk of pearwood to use to make a handle!

I have one of Killian's bronze swords. A different style though.

This is not some paper-thin piece of hobby store brass. Its a serious chunk of bronze.

If I were not apartment hunting up here I'd be on it to get a friend for my other bronze.

I would like to also note: Sweet damn christ, Vlad really knows how to hilt a sword. He took another blade of mine, and made it into a sword fit for a damn hero.

I'm glad to hear you say it. But I wasn't entirely happy with the way it turned out.

Looks really good, but I could have done better with the parts you can't see.

Do you have a pic that shows the whole tang?

No on hand, but there is almost no tang to speak of, as this style of sword lacked one IRL. It is drawn into about an inch-long flat paddle tang that was used for my crucible to pour into, but not really meant to set into the handle.

Gotcha - I am thinking about it. It looks like it would be a fun project!
