Brown velvet coat of plates. Galvanized 16g (also painted with Rustoleum). Best sized for a small to medium fighter, I am 5'9", 185lbs, it touches my stomach, but I've got a bit of a pot belly, bottom of plates is about 1" below my belly button, I can easily bend over and touch my toes in this, pretty good arm mobility too. No upper back plates, but depending on size there's total kidney coverage. (sorry for the angry/confused faces, I was using my phone camera's voice activated capture)

PRICE DROP TO $125
$125 including shipping or send me a reasonable offer.

Tempted. What's the base material under the velvet and what sort of rivets were used?

The velvet is pretty sturdy upholstery velvet. I did a pseudo stress test on it with one of the rivets and I wasn't able to tear the hole out until I put it in a vice and pulled on it with pliers.

The rivets are galvanized 3/8" (I believe) roofing nails and the holes in the plates are exactly 3/8" so its a nice snug fit for them.

Though I assume it's backed with some sort of canvas?

Yeah, as part of the velvet though, I didn't sew in a separate backing. I've been using the same velvet on my personal coat of plates for a couple years now and I've only blown one rivet hole, and that was from my lazy way of just tossing it around after practice.

All right, this thing is just taunting me by being in the shop and I've got some bills to pay so I'm dropping it to 125 including shipping to continental US.
