I have a 23.5" head and it fits me with some room to spare. A 24" head *might* be able to wear it, getting it on could be tricky, the neck opening is somewhat smaller than the head circumference. I have a rather long neck and so the cheeks are long and can be trimmed down if necessary.

I will polish it up and clean up any rough spots - except for the one dent from Duke Paul, got to leave that mojo in the helmet.
