WTB Offset Planishing/ball stakes

Post by valdred »

Please shoot me a PM or reply to this thread if you are interested in selling some offset planishing stakes. I'm looking for the following diameters:

~ 1.5"
~ 3"
~ 6"

If anyone knows someone willing to make these, please do tell.

Ironmonger hasn't been responding to my emails.

Ironmonger is another vendor state side.
6" is really huge for a ball stake and maybe a custom job.
At at one point Hal was making larger mushroom stakes from pipe fittings.
Still working fairly well but I'm only using 16 gauge most days.

Some specialty autobody Dollys may also work.

Supposedly iron monger offers the size. I would like to do business with him - he hasn't responded about my request.

I can not offer the 6" solid ball.

I can do the 3-1/8" and the 1-9/16" with 1" solid shanks.
13" tall will fit in the medium flat rate shipping box.
How much of an offset would you like?

My balls are forged steel and not hardened, several members including myself use them.

At your service,

Hi Scott,

Valdred accepted the stakes, he chose wisely.
They will ship out in the morning.

Is there anything I can build for you?
However the shipping of a flat rate medium USPS box to Canada is $45.25.

At your service.
