armor, weapons for sale!!!

Post by Steve Dallas »

Greetings, all
I’m having an early spring cleaning sale, quite a bit of stuff to get rid of.
First of all, I have no easy access to a digital camera, so pics are available only on request. Second of all, prices on everything are negotiable. I don’t need the money that bad and I would rather that these things go to someone who really wants them.
That being said, here goes:

1 pair of 14th century style pauldrons, six-lame construction, 16 gauge cop, 14 gauge lames, two on top, four on the bottom, these were made by Master Peter North (no relation to the porn star, I asked) of Northstar Armory, not strapped, very light patches of surface rust, currently have a light coat of Cosmoline on them, nothing wrong with them, changed my persona and don’t need them 30 bucks plus s/h

One of those ubiquitous single ball flails that are all over eBay, this particular one is an older model and has a real wood handle (oak, I think, not sure), cast metal spiked head, stainless steel chain, leather wrapped handle, for a picture, just go to eBay and enter “single ball flailâ€

I hate to be a spoilsport, but I know California also forbids the sale of Butterfly knives, so that one's technically a no-no too.

Papenheimer is also spoken for. I've taken the butterfly knife and the cane sword off the list for legal reasons. Thanks for everyone's interest.

Say, weren't you one of the stars in a comic strip quite a few years back?

Yeah, sleazy lawyer, always wore shades, liked to run around in his underwear. I'm a big Bloom County fan, also very fond of Calvin and Hobbes. I was pretty upset when the creators quit doing the strips, it irritates me that work of that quality doesn't get the recognition it deserves, but there's a Garfield movie coming out soon. I mean, I'm not calling Jim Davis a hack, but how many jokes can you do about a lazy cat?
(I know, everybody here adores Garfield, you're all going to send me nasty pyschic hate mail>.)

I for one am glad that they stopped doing those strips before they became stale.
BTW,the Far Side absolutely rules.
I still have my square "Billy and the Boingers" record which rocks!

Thanks to everyone who bought something. I hope you all like your new stuff. For those of you who were sitting on the fence about buying something or wanted extra buying security, I've put the stuff that was left, and a couple of new things on eBay, right here:
